Bill Goodwin is Founder and Managing Partner of Goodwin Executive Search, responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development. Bill is a proven executive search consultant with over 24 years of experience, and has completed critical, senior management searches in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He has extensive experience working for clients within the technology, digital health, and services sectors and loves building teams for high growth and disruptive digital health, SaaS, and services firms. He has completed hundreds of executive searches across all functions at the C-level, VP, and Director Levels.
Previously, Bill was a Managing Partner at Adam-Bryce Executive Search, where he opened and led the North Carolina office. Prior to this, he spent 5 years in the technology and professional services practices of Korn/Ferry International. Before entering the executive search industry, he worked in the Washington, D.C. office of U.S. Senator John McCain. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Bill previously served as Chairman of the Advisory Council at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA and as a fundraising chair for the school. Mr. Goodwin also serves as a mentor and lecturer at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and as an Adams Advisor. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and three children.
