Chuck Seets serves as both the Financial Services Practice Leader as well as the Sales and Marketing Practice Leader.

Chuck retired in June 2023 from the EY Americas Assurance Leadership Team, where he played a key role in expanding a $6 billion service line across the Americas. In his final five years at EY, he also spearheaded initiatives addressing cybersecurity challenges for audit clients. Following his mandatory retirement, he became affiliated with Focus 3, a leadership consulting firm founded by Tim Kight.

Throughout his 25-year tenure at EY, Chuck held numerous leadership positions, including serving as Coordinating Partner for a Fortune 300 global manufacturer. He established networks for Fortune 1000 Audit Committees and senior financial executives and developed the EY CFO Development Program and its curriculum. He is a frequent speaker at national forums, including the Institute of Internal Auditors, the SEC, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. In 2021, he led a highly attended cybersecurity webcast series and has briefed numerous corporate boards on cyber-risk matters.

Chuck has co-authored cybersecurity research published in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Law, and other leading publications. He remains engaged in civic activities, supporting various boards and the Juvenile Diabetes Association, and has served as a mentor to scholar-athletes at the University of Georgia.

On a personal note, Chuck loves to supports his alma mater, UNC, enjoys golfing with his spouse, spending quality time with his three adult children and maintains a strong commitment to his faith. Chuck was also featured in a 2003 “60 Minutes” episode concerning professional attire.
