Harold’s career commenced with BMW of North America, where he represented the company at the regional level, engaging with retail operations in both primary and secondary markets. His role as an individual dealer’s management and financial consultant marked the beginning of a trajectory defined by excellence. Within three years as a district sales manager, Harold consistently surpassed wholesale objectives by an impressive average of 14% and fueled retail sales growth, achieving an average increase of 22%.
Building upon his early success, Harold transitioned through various dealerships, accumulating invaluable experiences that shaped his comprehensive understanding of the industry. His pinnacle achievement came as the General Manager and Dealer Operator for Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, where he undertook the monumental task of rebuilding the business from the ground up—addressing staffing, team dynamics, reputation, and operational processes. His dedication and leadership remained unwavering for almost 13 years, leaving an unforgettable mark on the organization.
In his most recent role as the General Manager for Langdale Honda Valdosta, Harold continued to demonstrate his prowess in steering automotive enterprises toward success. His multifaceted career has consistently showcased his ability to enhance operations, drive sales, and optimize profits.
